Before You Send the Form
What should I have ready before the consultation?
Photos of the space, rough dimensions if you have them, and any inspiration images. If you know your must-haves versus nice-to-haves, say so. It makes the proposal far more accurate.
Do you charge for the estimate?
No. The on-site consultation and the written proposal are free. We only ask that you are genuinely considering the work in the next several months.
How soon can you start?
It depends on the season and the scope. Small bathrooms can often start within three to five weeks of signing; whole-home and ground-up work is scheduled further out. We will tell you a real date, not a hopeful one.
Will you give me a price over the phone?
Not a real one. We can share what similar projects have run so you know whether we are in the right range, but a number without seeing the space is a guess, and guesses turn into change orders.
Do you work with designers or architects?
Yes. We provide design guidance and collaborate with trusted design professionals when needed. We do not employ in-house designers. We bring in the right one for your project and coordinate their work with construction.
